Our Aims

1.To equip the 9 youth workers from the 3 communities involved in the project with knowledge relevant to their personal life and to improve their social skills, over a period of 18 months. 2.To foster positive attitudes and relationships towards and choose not to bully or discriminate among youths. 3.To develop their own resilience and strategies for preventing bullying among youths. 4.To develop social and integrate abilities to youth workers that could be used to helping young people to be safe from bullying and discrimination.

Youth workers training Day 2

Today, on the 06.10.2022, took place the second day of the training course addressed to youth workers on the bullying phenomenon. This event is part of Youth United Against Bullying, an Erasmus+ project, number 2021-1-RO01-KA210-YOU-000027450. The second day of the training was addressed to understanding the bullying phenomenon through workshops, watching useful videos on the topic, even storytelling games. The youth workers learned how to react and what to do when they encounter bullying. Moreover, the youth workers have defined the profile of the aggressor, victim and bystander.

Youth workers training Day 4

Today, 08.10.2022 took place the fourth day of the training course for the youth workers from the project Youth United Against Bullying number 2021-1-RO01-KA210-YOU-000027450. During the fourth day the youth workers worked on the handbook created in the project, registering new knowledge or revising already known things. On the last day took place the awarding of diplomas and the closing event of the training.

Today, on the 05.10.2022, took place, at the Multikulti headquarters, the first day of the training course addressed to youth workers on the bullying phenomenon. This event is part of Youth United Against Bullying, an Erasmus+ project, number 2021-1-RO01-KA210-YOU-000027450. On the first day, the main activities were for the participants of the training to get to know each other and then an introduction on the topic of bullying.

Today, 07.10.2022 took place the third day of the training course for the youth workers from the project Youth United Against Bullying number 2021-1-RO01-KA210-YOU-000027450. During the third day the youth workers have further developed the profile or the bully and the victim, the context in which this happens, the reason why it happens and how should both parties react.
